Key Challenges
Sour Service (H₂S)
Hydrogen sulfide in produced fluids causes sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) in standard carbon steels. Duplex and nickel alloys are required for NACE MR0175 compliance.
High Pressure / High Temperature (HPHT)
Deep wells exceeding 15,000 psi and 175°C demand materials with high yield strength and creep resistance — duplex 2205 (450 MPa YS) and super duplex 2507 (550 MPa YS) outperform standard 316L.
Chloride Stress Corrosion Cracking
Offshore environments with seawater exposure and high chlorides in process fluids attack standard austenitic stainless steels. Duplex grades and nickel alloys provide immunity.
Subsea Umbilical Reliability
Subsea control systems require continuous-length coiled tubing with zero defects over kilometers of unreachable subsea installation. 100% eddy current and hydrostatic testing is mandatory.

Duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507 offer double the yield strength of 316L with superior chloride SCC resistance for offshore platforms, FPSO vessels, and subsea manifolds. Available in seamless pipe up to 16" and welded pipe up to 48".
Inconel 625 Clad & Solid Pipe
For the most aggressive well conditions, Inconel 625 solid pipe and clad pipe provide pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) >45, resisting hot sour gas, acidizing fluids, and produced water with extreme chloride levels.
Coiled Tubing & Control Lines
TOKO TECH coiled tubing in duplex 2205 and Inconel 625 for downhole intervention, subsea umbilical, and chemical injection lines. Continuous coil lengths up to 3,000m with full NDE certification.
NACE-Compliant Fittings & Flanges
Complete piping package including butt weld fittings (ASME B16.9) and flanges (ASME B16.5/B16.47) in NACE MR0175 compliant grades — eliminating material compatibility risks in sour service systems.
